One of my absolute fave podcasts has to be Goes Without Saying💛 It never shy’s away from the tough topics while still bringing comfort and connection. Whether I’m driving or spending the day solo, listening to Goes Without Saying feels like having a chat with good friends. If you’re looking for something uplifting and honest, I’d recommend🎧✨

Book – ‘The Comfort Book’ by Matt Haig
The Comfort Book is one of my faves. It can feel a little nerve wracking picking up a ‘self help’ style book (especially if you aren’t feeling the best) – however, this book is so honest, refreshing and funny🧘🙈

Stath Lets Flats is an absurd awkward comedy – but in the best way🙈 If I’m ever in need of cheering up, being distracted and having a giggle this is my go to!
