Take a look at what Hector’s House has to offer you during this turbulent time.

Here are some of the campaigns we are currently running to help stop suicide and encourage positive mental health.

Book a visit

We have visited almost 300 schools, clubs and businesses in the South East to promote the importance of mental wellbeing and to encourage open discussions about how we feel. This work is crucial for our future generations to stop the stigma of suicide and reaching out for help.

Eat Move Love

Our Eat Move Love campaign has launched – and we want to get everyone eating smarter, moving more, and making time for self-care.

This 10 week email course is completely free, as we believe everyone should have access to mental health advice. You will get one email full of great tips each week, and you can cancel any time.

Sunday Sanctuary

Every Sunday at 8:30pm, we host a wonderful mindfulness session on Zoom to help us welcome in another week. These 20 minutes – led by volunteer Katharine – have helped so many people find peace, solidarity and joy during these difficult times.

Run Club

Are you looking for a challenge in 2021? Why not join the Hector’s House Run Club! We are taking part in the Asics London 10k this year – and we’d love for you to be by our sides for the day.

We have a Facebook group with more information, a running ‘coach’ and a JustGiving page all set up – all that’s left is for you to dust off those running shoes. Email Sarah for more information.  

Wellness Wednesdays

Join our monthly Wellness sessions! This gentle movement class will be hosted by volunteer Kerry via Zoom at 1:30pm each month on a Wednesday. 

During a time when we are sitting down even more than usual, movement is super important. Email us to book your space. As always – it’s 100% free! 

Library of Calm

As always, the Library of Calm is a resource we want everyone to be aware of. Consider this your safe space on the internet. There are cute videos, activity ideas and lots of other interesting things to look through.
