You can access SHOUT’s textline by texting HECTOR to 85258 to speak to someone today. It is free, confidential and open 24/7.

Local NHS Helpline

Find a local urgent NHS helpline. It is 24/7 and will help you discover the best pathway to care for you or a loved one. 

CALM Zone

CALM’s helpline is open every day from 5pm – midnight for anyone who needs a moment to talk through life’s problems. Call them on 0800 58 58 58.

Mind

Mind have both an information line and a legal line, so you can get advice and signposting on any mental health issue you are facing.

Childline

If you are a child or young person, you can call Childline on 0800 1111. No problem is too big or too small. There is always someone here for you.

Young Minds - Parents

Papyrus

If you are under 35 and feeling suicidal, or you are worried about a young person’s mental health, please call Papyrus on 0800 068 41 41.
