November round-up⭐💚
Welcome to our November round-up…
This month we delivered a few talks and workshops.
We started the month with a talk at The Misbourne School, giving our EML talk. It’s always great to speak with young people, give them tips and remind them that they’re never alone and that their feelings are valid.
We also visited John Colet for an EML school talk. It was a reminder of why early conversations about mental health make such a difference.
We delivered a wellbeing workshop with a local construction company, focusing on tips to boost their wellbeing. These sessions are a powerful reminder that mental health conversations belong everywhere – including on building sites and in break rooms.
We also went to Halton RAF, to deliver a wellbeing workshop. As always we’re grateful for their engagement and thoughtful reflections throughout the session.

In November, we had the Akeman Charity Dinner. It was a beautiful evening filled with kindness, generosity and great food. We’re so grateful to everyone who attended or donated. You helped raise vital funds that allow us to keep delivering support where it’s needed most.

We rounded off November with a heartwarming meeting with Reverend Stuart, he spoke to us about his fundraising project. Walking through the longest night from dusk until dawn – showing people that even when facing a challenge in the dark the ‘light’ will always come again.

Thank you to everyone who supported us this month. We’re grateful for every connection and excited for what’s next💚
