ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training) course

Our team took part in a 2 day ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training) course this month. It was an emotive, vulnerable and thought provoking course that helped our community become safer to suicide💚🤗 Again, thank you to everyone who attended! 🫶

Lauren joined us as our Digital Content Creator

In January we welcomed a new member to the team – Lauren. Who has joined as our Digital Content Creator. 👋👋 She will be in charge of everything online and digital.📱👩‍💻

Hector’s Gentle-Mans Club

Wellbeing Workshops with Thames Valley Police

We have been running Wellbeing Workshops with Thames Valley Police enouraging them to look after themselves after all the amazing work they do for the community as its bound to take its toll.👮🥰

Support calls and Carers support group

We gave 7 support calls and hosted a carers support group.🥰 We are so proud of everyone who has reached out – we are here for you.💚💚💚

Declan started a Counselling Course

This month our Team member Declan has started the Level 2 CPCAB Award in Introduction to Counselling Skills. Well done Dec!👏👏⭐

School talk to Ashlyn’s Sixth Form

Team day in the office

The whole team got together for a day in the office. It was so lovely to catch up with each other, share ideas, and collaborate on work.🤗🏢
